Built by Operators. Not Observers.

Arbitium's founding team has spent decades inside enterprise security and infrastructure - across media, finance, and telecommunications at scale. We didn't study the SOC problem from the outside. We lived it.

John Remo

John Remo

Co-Founder & CEO

John brings two decades of experience at the intersection of enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity. As a senior technology and security leader at Warner Music Group, Altice, AMC Networks, and Ion Trading - spanning media, telecommunications, and financial services - he was responsible for securing complex, high-value environments against an evolving threat landscape at global scale.

A 0-to-1 builder by nature, John has spent his career designing and deploying infrastructure and security platforms from the ground up. He's architected enterprise security programs, managed SOC operations, overseen incident response, and built the detection and response capabilities that large organizations depend on to stay operational. He knows what it takes to defend at scale - and he knows exactly where the current model breaks down.

That breakdown is what Arbitium is built to fix. At Arbitium, John leads vision, strategy, and go-to-market - building the platform he wished existed when he was on the other side of the problem.

Tom Rogan

Tom Rogan

Co-Founder & CRO

Tom brings nearly three decades of enterprise sales and go-to-market experience, built entirely inside the cybersecurity industry. He has scaled go-to-market motions across high-growth startups and established channel organizations - his experience spans Access IT Group, Britive, Ionix, and Tamnoon.

He knows how enterprise security buyers think, what they need to see before they commit, and how to build the trust that closes complex deals.

At Arbitium, Tom leads go-to-market strategy and enterprise sales - bringing the relationships and pattern recognition that only three decades in cybersecurity can build.

Ricardo Cid

Ricardo Cid

Head of AI

Ricardo is one of the rare engineers who has taken AI from academic research to enterprise production. He is the author of Applied TinyML, a technical reference on deploying machine learning in constrained environments - a discipline that maps directly to the speed and precision demands of autonomous security execution.

His career has been defined by closing the gap between what AI can do in a lab and what it can do in production - at enterprise scale, under real-world conditions.

At Arbitium, Ricardo leads the AI architecture that makes autonomous execution possible - spanning threat classification, context enrichment, LLM-driven remediation logic, and agentic reasoning on live security data.

Taylor Neill

Taylor Neill

Head of Engineering

Taylor builds systems that can't fail - enterprise-grade infrastructure designed for scale, resilience, and real-time performance. His experience spans Carlton Group, Zoomer Media, and Warner Music Group - where he and John first built and secured infrastructure together.

That shared history matters. Arbitium isn't a team that met at a networking event - it's a team that has already operated under pressure together.

At Arbitium, Taylor owns the engineering foundation that makes autonomous execution possible at enterprise scale - from core infrastructure and security tool integrations to the rapid development cadence the mission demands.

We've led security and infrastructure teams that protected global media catalogs, financial trading platforms, and multi-billion dollar enterprises. We've seen firsthand how the industry's best tools still leave security teams buried in alerts, reacting to threats instead of stopping them.

Arbitium exists because the problem isn't a lack of tools - it's a lack of autonomous execution.
